And finally we have caught all the way up to today!

Sunday at Saint Mary's Glacier

That same weekend we hiked up to Saint Mary's Glacier for a picnic with Grandma and Grandpa Felix



It was very windy at the lake, but it was still beautiful.

Brianna went climbing on the boulders

And looked out over the cold glacial lake

Saturday at Juniper Pass

We had a beautiful weekend a few weeks ago where we did a few quick hikes.



The sky was clear and the weather was great to get out and enjoy the mountains.

Brianna got to stand up on the ledge (with daddy holding her tightly) and take in the whole grand view out across the mountains and clear out to the great plains.

We could probably see over 100 miles easily that day.

Juniper Pass is perhaps one of my favorite places to go in Colorado because of the view. And it is so close, only about 30 minutes away.

Dance Party Makeup

Poppy and Grandma Tomey went out to a party and dancing one evening...



... Brianna had to get her makeup done as well :-)

Pumpkin Festival Fun!

While we were at the festival, Brianna got to play with an old wooden hoop.



Although these are suppose to be rolled using a stick, Brianna decided that it would make a better hula hoop!

It was quite entertaining watching her try to spin the hoop around

Unfortunately she never quite got it to work.
