Family Pictures (Part 3)
The Sunday before last we went to brunch out at Heritage Club where we introduced Grandma and Grandpa to their Great-Grand Daughter Brianna.
We really enjoyed eating breakfast and spending time with Grandma and Grandpa Felix. We could tell that Grandpa was very proud... to everyone who passed by the table he would smile and say, "That's my Great-Grand Daughter!"
We took some wonderful family pictures. The photo above is showing four generations of Felix's

Grandma was so happy to hold Brianna that she had tears in her eyes. She was so loving and careful while holding her, and our little girl was so calm. Bri would look up at her and smile while sucking on her fingers. You could tell Grandma still has the "mother's touch".

Brianna's Quilt
On Friday, March 28th we had our first "run" to the hospital. It was during this stay that aunt Sharon presented Rachael with a beautifully hand-made quilt for Brianna.
Sharon had put over 50 hours of time into making this thoughtful and amazing gift for us. We appreciate this unique and special quilt so much and will surely cherish it for years to come.

Visit to "Poppy" and Grandma's House
Grandma got Bri a new soft cradle-swing. It automatically rocks and plays music and other nature sounds. Considering Bri was comfortably sleeping away through dinner, I am pretty sure she liked it!
Grandma also got to change Bri's diaper for the first time. Brianna is going to be spending the days with Grandma when Rachael goes back to work, so she'll need the practice :-)
Pictures with Friends
Along with her real family, our little girl has a lot of people who care about her. The following are pictures of her other "aunts and uncles" :-)
Rachael's best friend Whitney came out to the hospital to visit all of us on Monday

"Uncle" Hunter also brought over a cuddly pink elephant and a cute little outfit.
Fixing an exhausted mommy and daddy dinner was a great gift from the two of them.
We thank God for all of our friends who have been there for us through the years. You are all very much a part of our lives and we are glad to share this joyous time with each of you as well!
Comming Home!
We had the most adorable comming home outfit chosen for Bri! (Yes, we know, we are cruel parents) :-D
When the nurses at Skyridge Hospital saw her, they started calling her "Queen Victoria". The staff there was awesome and even took this great family picture for us before we left.
It was a beautiful sunny, but cool, Colorado day when we left the hospital. Bri slept for the entire ride home.
Day 1 in the life of Brianna
Along with visits from family, our little girl had a pretty eventful first day...
